| Abstract: | It＇ s the fact that educational quality of higher vocational college is influenced by the level of the teachers. The article makes researches into three aspects, such as the structure of the teachers, teachers＇ professional quality and teachers＇ ability of scientific research and social service, and then puts forward a new suggestion that the local government＇ s role and function can be played in the construction of teachers ＇ specialization in higher vocational college. |
