学业不良学生转化之研究

摘    要:转化学业不良学生 ,既是实施素质教育的必然要求 ,也是落实教育平等原则的重要举措。经调查研究可知 :学业不良学生的形成有复合原因 ,而决定因素在于教师的教育、教学素质。为此 ,改革学校教育 ,提高教师素质 ,从而改善学业不良学生的非智力因素和认知结构 ,是行之有效的策略。

Abstract:Transforming students of poor school work is the necessary requirement of quality education, and it is an important measure for implementing the principle of education equality. Investigation indicates that reasons helping to form students of poor school work are complex but the decisive factors lie in the educating and teaching qualities on the part of the teacher. Therefore, reforming school education, improving the quality of teachers with a view to better the school work of students mentioned by way of overcoming their non-intelligence factors and improving their cognitive structures, are effective strategies for the purpose.
