| 摘 要： | 重庆石柱土家族黄连种植历史悠久，在国内外具有重大影响，形成了内涵丰富的黄连文化。石柱土家族黄连文化主要包括黄连种植的地方性生态知识、复杂的黄连加工工艺和独特的以黄连苦文化为内容的民间文艺。为保护重庆石柱土家族黄连文化，首先是深入发掘黄连文化，其次是大力推介黄连文化，三是积极发展黄连产业，扩大黄连文化的影响和巩固石柱黄连产业的地位。
