| Abstract: | The academic reserves are important information to ensure the teaching and research in university.University Library and the Office of Academic Affairs as well as other departments should work together to strengthen the construction of electronic reserves system(ERS) by using the new IT and service concept.In this paper,the author sorts out the current development of ERS at home and abroad first.Then the author highlights the function design of ERS,proposes how to collect the reserves booklist more effectively,and introduces the process of digitalizing documents.At last,the author puts forward that ERS would at one hand mash up with other system to show more information,and at another hand use more pop IT and service concept such as Web2.0 in ERS. |
