| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代下,知识转移能够导致知识在向能量和质量的转化过程中裂变出巨大的生产力。本文通过对国内外知识转移研究成果分析,给出图书馆知识转移的概念、转移条件,并对图书馆知识转移模式进行分析与模型构建。

| Abstract: | At knowledge economy,knowledge transfer can lead to great productivity through the process of knowledge transfer to energy and quality.Based on the analysis of domestic and international research results of knowledge transfer,this paper gives concept,transfer conditions of library knowledge transfer,at the same time,it analysis and builds knowledge transfer model of library. |
