| 摘 要： | 结合地方院校实验室管理和现代企业管理的先进经验,提出军队院校装备训练中心首先要加强教学训练器材的购置、维护和报废管理；教学训练场地实行“6S”管理；对人员要落实岗位责任制和完善激励机制,加强自身的管理制度建设,才能有效地促进装备训练中心的管理规范化.
