| 摘 要： | 中心化管理是一种高效的管理模式,与之配套的实验教学体系必须得到优化,实验教学内容必须先进,在此基础上,必须创新实验教学组织模式.通过实践,构建了“大基础、小综合、多层次、个性化”的实验教学组织模式,为创新人才的培养奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | The centralization management is a high-efficiency management mode.The teaching system of experiment must be optimized and the teaching content must be advanced in order to be compatible with this management mode.Therefore,the experiment teaching mode must be innovated.The new mode with big foundation,small integration,multi-level and individuality was constructed by way of practice,and the foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents was prepared well. |
