离子色谱法测定茶叶中锗含量的实验研究

摘    要:研究建立一种有效测定茶中微量锗含量的方法,并通过测定各种茶叶中锗的含量,来进行对比,进一步证明锗元素在人体健康,特别是抗肿瘤方面起到重要的作用.实验证明:离子色谱法具有快速简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、准确度高等优点.最低检出限达到10-7 mg/L.

Abstract:The establishment of an effective determination of trace germanium content of the tea method,and by measuring a variety of tea germanium content,for comparison,is further evidence of the element germanium in human health,especially the anti-tumor play an important role.Experiments show: ion chromatography with a fast and easy,high sensitivity,good reproducibility and high accuracy.Minimum detection limit reached 10-7 mg / L.
