| 摘 要： | 古往今来，廉政问题一直是关系一个政权、一个国家兴衰存亡的重大问题。从“忧乐”观、“忍穷”理念、“三不欺”准则，以及“担当”精神等几个方面探讨范仲淹清廉思想的历史意蕴，将对当今反腐倡廉、构建社会主义和谐社会有着积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | From past to present, upright and honest politics has been an important matter with regard to the rise and down, existence and death for a politic power and a country. It acts a positive role for the present anti-corruption and initiating uptight and honest, construction of socialist and harmonious society to investigate the historic meaning of FAN Zhong-yan＇ s thought about uptight and honest from such aspects as ＇ joy and sorrow conception＇ , ＇ beating poverty＇ idea, ＇ three not cheating＇ principle and ＇ shouldering＇ spirit, etc. |
