| 摘 要： | 结合新课标下陕西省农村中学英语教师专业发展现状和教师的专业发展需求,农村中学英语教师培训应包括增强培训内容的针对性、实践性和引领性;提倡采取多样化培训形式;建立专业素质高、教学技能强并熟悉中学英语教学实际的培训师资队伍;采取措施方便教师参加培训,确保培训机会均等等方面内容的培训方案。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the strategies for teacher training such as to strengthen the aim,practice and guidance of the training content,to promote various forms of training,to have high quality teacher trainers with good teaching techniques and familiarization of teaching practice of high school and to take measures to make teachers easy to receive training and ensure the equal training opportunity of teachers. |
