| 摘 要： | 高等教育科类结构直接影响着人才培养与社会需求之间的吻合程度。当前河南省高等教育科类结构存在着专业调整滞后、学科比例失调,专业设置重复、经济效益低下,专业划分过细、专业口径偏窄,新兴学科、交叉学科建设落后等问题。若要形成与中原崛起背景相适应的高等教育科类结构,需要从改造长线专业、保护优势专业、发展新兴专业、平衡科类结构等方面入手。

| Abstract: | The structure of higher education directly influences the degree of correspondence between talent cultivation and social demand. Currently, there are some problems in academic profession structure of higher edu- cation in Henan province： the lag of major adjustment, imbalance of profession ratio; repeat of professional setting, low level of economic benefits, meticulous difference in professions, backward of new academics. To form the aca- demic profession structure of higher education which fits to the background of the rise of central plains, we can take measures from the transformation of long-term professions, protection of the professional advantages, development of emerging professions, balance of professions structure and other aspects. |
