| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、教学实验、数理统计等研究方法,依据现代教育思想进行技术课教学的优化设计。在体育教育专业田径技术课———背越式跳高教学中的应用显示:优化控制法优化了教学过程,高效地完成了既定的教学目标,为学生个性的全面发展提供了广阔的空间。优化控制法不仅适用于田径技术课———背越式跳高的教学,而且也将为其他技术课教学的改革提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Guided by modern teaching ideas,this paper issues an optimum design aiming at improving technical teaching activity by the methods of documentation,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.At the same time,this paper draws a conclusion that the optimum control means to the teaching of back style jump of the PE specialty optimizes the process of teaching and accomplishes the object of teaching efficiently and provides a vast space for the development of personality of the students.The application of the optimum control means provides a valuable reference in the reform of teaching models in other technical course in physical training. |
