| 摘 要： | 城市作为社会经济的核心空间,为社会发展提供动力和方向。市民社会的崛起为农村社区建设提供了参照,农村城市化是城市化的重要内容,农村与城市的良性互动以及城市中心的限度要求农村社区建设以农民的需求为出发点,发展农村社区组织,提高农村社区的发展潜力与抵御风险能力。

| Abstract: | Cities as the core of social - economic is the cradle of power and motive force of social development. The reference of rural communities’construction is civil society.Rural urbanization is an important part of the urbanization process,with the positive interaction and the limits of the city centre,for the construction to satisfy the demand for development of rural community of self - organization and improves the rural community to mobilize capacity and protection against risk. |
