| 摘 要： | 提高人才培养质量,培养创新性工程人才是工科教育目前面临的重要任务。基于卓越工程师计划的培养目标,针对建筑学专业的建筑设计课程,提出以实践性教育为根本目标,以强化具备工程能力和创新能力为重点的人才培养的＂双师型＂教学模式,进而探讨了其教学内容、教师队伍的建设、评价体制改革和机制保障等相关内容。

| Abstract: | At present,it＇s the most important task to improve the quality of talent＇s cultivation and to develop their innovation ability in college of engineering.The article putts forward a teaching mode named ＂both a teacher and an engineer type＂,on the basis of the outstanding engineer plans aiming at the architectural design course.It is a kind of talent cultivation mode taking practical education as the basic target and enhancing engineering ability and innovation ability as the keystone as well.Moreover,it discusses the teaching content,the construction of teacher＇s troops,evaluation system reform and mechanism guarantee,etc. |
