| 摘 要： | 就业是衡量高职教育质量的重要标准,本文分析了目前高职毕业生的就业现状,通过金华职业技术学院毕业生就业率与办学模式的相关性分析,对“基地、教学、科研、招生、就业”五位一体办学模式与提高高职学生培养质量和就业能力的关系进行了探讨.结果显示,“五位一体”办学模式对提高高职教育质量具有积极意义.

| Abstract: | The Employment rate is a vital criterion to judge the quality of high vocational education.This paper analyzed the present employment situation of high vocational graduates.From the correlative analysis between the employment rate and school running model of Jinhua College of Profession and Technology,the paper explored the relationship between the model of "Five in One"(practical base,school teaching,scientific research,enrollment and employment) and the quality of students.Statistics show that the school running model of "Five in One" has a positive significance to improve the quality of high vocational education. |
