| 摘 要： | 针对私人健身教练职业素质难以客观评估的问题，提出了利用模糊数学的方法对其进行评价。通过整合专家意见及问卷调查结果，得出的一级指标按照重要程度从高到低依次为：专业素质、身体素质、道德素质；评价指标体系由一级指标（3个）、二级指标（11个）及三级指标（35个）构成。在此基础上构建私人健身教练信源模型（包括指标模型、权重模型和评价反馈机制），采用模糊数学法对私人健身教练职业素质进行综合评价。模糊数学法与私人健身教练信源模型评价的结合使得评价方法由定性向定量转变，以期实现对私人健身教练职业素质评价方式更客观、科学；评价反馈机制的建立旨在激励私人健身教练，不断提高专业水平。

| Abstract: | According to the problem that the professional quality of personal fitness coach is difficult to evaluate objectively, the fuzzy mathematics method is put forward to evaluate it. Through the integration of expert opinions and questionnaire results, the first level of indicators according to the importance of the order from high to low are: professional quality, physical quality, moral quality; The evaluation index system consists of first grade index (3), second class index (11) and third grade index (35). On this basis, a personal fitness instructor information source model (including index model, weight model and evaluation feedback mechanism) is constructed, and the fuzzy mathematics method is used to comprehensively evaluate the professional quality of personal fitness coach. Fuzzy Mathematical method and The combination of the information source model evaluation of personal fitness coaches makes the evaluation method change from qualitative to quantitative, in order to achieve a more objective and scientific evaluation of personal fitness coaches'' professional quality, and the establishment of evaluation feedback mechanism aims at encouraging personal fitness coaches. Constantly improve the professional level. |
