| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑归纳法,通过对体育管理的溯源,探求体育管理的要素和特点,结合人文理念,指出高校体育管理是保证高校体育教学与训练、校园体育工作正常运行的关键因素。随着高校体育管理的不断发展,加强体育教育管理已经成为当前高校体育教育的主要研究方向。研究认为,提高高校体育管理的科学化、改革体育课程服务学生、加强师德和学术作风建设、适应社会发展需求是人文理念下高校体育管理的目标路径。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature and logical induction, this paper explores the elements and characteristics of sports management through tracing the source of sports management and researching that college sports management is the key factor to ensure the normal operation of college sports teaching and training and campus sports work. Strengthening physical education management has become the main research direction of college physical education with the development of college physical education management. It is believed that to make the sports management more scientific, to reform the sports curriculum to serve students, to strengthen the construction of teachers'' ethics and academic style, and to meet the needs of social development are the goal of the higher education sports management. |
