| 摘 要： | 课堂教学管理是实现教育教学目标最重要的途径。认识近30年语文课堂教学管理及其研究的特征,对促进语文课堂教学管理的改革和提高语文课堂教学管理的质量意义重大。近30年我国语文课堂教学管理在管理价值取向、指导思想、管理主体、管理内容、管理方法和评价取向上都有了巨大变化,呈现出以人为本的发展趋向。 |

| Abstract: | Classroom management is the most important way to catch the goals of education,and it is the difficulty of education.Understanding the development features of Chinese classroom management is very significant to promote its reform and improve its quality and efficiency.Making a comprehensive view on it,we will find its changes on value,ideology,main methods,evaluation ,etc.and classroom management emerges the person-oriented tendency. |
