| 摘 要： | 中国再保险业尚处于成长发育阶段，如何加快民族再保险业的发展，迎接国际再保险的挑战，成为民族再保险业发展壮大和民族保险业安全稳定发展的关键所在；提出建立和完善再保险市场主体架构，发展再保险联合体，适度引进实力雄厚的再保险公司，进行再保险产品的创新，改善再保险运行机制。

| Abstract: | The reinsurance market of China is developing. How to make national reinsurance industry grow fast in order to face the international reinsurance company's challenge is the key for national insurance industry to develop and grow safely. In order to do so, we should set up and reconstruct the body of reinsurance industry, develop reinsurance company, properly introduce some reinsurance company with huge fund and advanced management method, renovate reinsurance product, and make reinsurance industry run smoothly. |
