| Abstract: | During the restructuring and upgrading era,centralized management of capital of group companies is particularly important for companies to cope with crisis and promote healthy development.This paper analyses the characteristics of the capital management model and influence factors,which can provide a reference for group companies to select a suitable management pattern of capital and help them achieve the maximal management profits. |
