| 摘 要： | 近年来，南通市新能源产业得到了较快发展，但由于国际国内环境的影响，产业发展还面临一些困难，如国内市场狭小、产能过剩、缺乏核心技术等。为了推进新能源产业健康、可持续发展，必须依托产学研，加大技术创新力度，大力实施人才战略，加快制定相关制度和政策，在财政、税收、金融方面给予支持，引导企业向产业链两端延伸。

| Abstract: | Recently,the new energy industry in Nantong has been developing rapidly,however,because of the impact of international and domestic environment,the new energy industry is still facing some difficulties,for example,small domestic market,overcapacity and the lack of core technology and so on.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of new energy industry,we must rely on industry-study-research to strengthen technology innovation,implement talent strategy positively.We must accelerate the pace of drawing up relevant systems and policies,and at the same time,offer support in finance,taxation,and financing to guide enterprises to extend to the both sides of industrial chain. |
