摘    要:为使水路运输组织方式的评价更加客观可靠,以多层次运输组织评价体系为基础,将模糊物元法与突变评价法相结合构建水路运输组织方式评价模型.实例分析结果显示该模型精确度高、消耗时间短,可避免以往运输组织评价中的模糊性及不确定性问题,提高评价结果的准确性和客观性.

Abstract:In order to make the evaluation of waterway transportation organization more objective and reliable, based on the multilevel system for the evaluation of transportation organization, a fuzzy matter element method is combined with catastrophe evaluation to build a waterway transportation organization evaluation model. Case analysis shows that the model has a high accuracy and consumes less time, which can avoid the problem of ambiguity and uncertainty in the previous transportation organization evaluation, and promote the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation results.
