我国师范教育的体系之变与观念之争

摘    要:我国自清末兴办师范教育至今,在百年的发展历程中,师范教育体系一直在是否独立设置师范院校培养师资之间摆动。经过长期的实践探索,至今已经形成以师范院校培养师资为主,高水平非师范院校参与师资培养的中国特色师范教育体系。百年来师范教育体系的变革一直伴随着师范教育的观念之争,其中争论的核心问题是师资培养中的师范性和学术性的关系。透视争论的历史现象可以发现:师范教育体系变革背后的观念之争,存在着诸如师资培养体系建构不分教师层次的实践要求、教书等同于育人、学历提升等于专业化等认识上的误区。中国特色师范教育体系融合两种师资培养体系,消除了观念之争,却并没有从根本上解决观念的冲突。为此,无论是师范院校还是高水平非师范院校,在师资培养过程中都需要准确定位,正确把握师范性的时代内涵,具体分析并结合实际处理好师范性和学术性关系,着力提升未来教师的育人能力。

The Change of the Normal Education System and the Dispute on theIdeas of Normal Education in China

Abstract:Since the establishment of normal education in the late Qing Dynasty,in the course of 100 years of development,China’s normal education system has been changing between the cultivation of teachers in independent normal colleges and schools and the cultivation of teachers in non-independent institutions.After a long period of practice and exploration,the normal education system with Chinese characteristics has been formed that teachers are mainly trained by normal colleges and universities,and high-level non-normal universities participate in teacher training.The reform of the normal education system in the past hundred years has been accompanied by the dispute on the ideas of normal education.The core issue of the dispute is the relationship between normality and academicity in teacher training.Looking through the historical phenomena of the dispute,it can be found that there are some misunderstandings in the dispute behind the reform of the normal education system as follows:the practical requirements of the construction of the teacher training system are made regardless of the level of teachers,teaching equates to educating people,and the promotion of academic qualifications equates to specialization.The normal education system with Chinese characteristics integrates the two types of teacher training systems,which eliminates the dispute on the ideas of normal education,but does not fundamentally resolve the conflict of the ideas.Therefore,in the process of teacher training,both normal colleges/universities and high-level non-normal universities need to make accurate positioning,correctly grasp the era connotation of normality,specifically analyse and actually deal with the relationship between normality and academicity,and strive to improve the educational ability of future teachers.
