加盐萃取精馏制取无水乙醇模拟研究

摘    要:以CaCl_(2)/C_(2)H6O_(2)为萃取剂,在Wilson热力学状态方程下,利用Aspen Plus模拟乙醇-水体系的加盐萃取精馏分离。获得了两塔较优的操作参数。在最优条件下,T1塔顶乙醇纯度高达99.97%,T2塔顶水纯度高达99.95%,整个分离过程中,乙醇的回收率高达99.99%,该工艺满足分离要求。

Abstract:Using CaCl2/C2H6O2 as extractant,and Wilson as thermodynamic equation,Aspen Plus was used to simulate the extractive distillation separation of ethanol water system with salt.The optimal operation parameters of the two columns were obtained.Under the optimal conditions,the purity of ethanol at the top of T1 column is 99.97%,and the purity of water at the top of T2 column is 99.95%.During the whole separation process,the recovery rate of ethanol is as high as 99.99%.
