职业性和专业性是教师发展的双翼——对话张大均教授

摘    要:教师发展是教育发展之基。教师发展是一个外延宽泛且内涵丰富的命题,既涉及教师发展的外部条件也包含教师个体素质的发展。职业性与专业性既是现代教师发展的客观要求,又是教师个人素质的关键特征。教师职业性与专业性的发展贯穿于教师职业生涯全程,无论是有组织的教师教育(培训)还是自主的教师个人成长,都应重视教师职业性和专业性的提升。教师职业性和专业性的发展受环境和个体因素的共同影响。教师成长的不同阶段其职业性和专业性发展既有一致性,也面临不同的发展任务。

Abstract:Teacher development is the foundation of education development.Teacher development is a proposition with broad denotations and rich connotations,which involves both the external conditions of teacher development and the development of the individual qualities of teachers.Occupationalization and specialization are not only the objective requirements for the development of modern teachers,but also the key characteristics of their personal qualities.The development of teachers’occupationalization and specialization runs through the entire career of teachers.Whether it is the organized teacher education(training)or the independent personal growth of teachers,the importance should be attached to the improvement of teachers’occupationalization and specialization.The occupational and specialized development of teachers is influenced by both the environment and the individual factors,therefore,their occupational and specialized development at different stages of their growth is not only consistent,but also has different tasks.
