动态充电电流调节方法在高效率太阳能锂电池系统中的应用

摘    要:提出一种动态充电电流调节方法,应用于太阳能电池-锂电池充电系统. 使用低功耗单片机控制系统,动态调节数字电位器,控制充电电路给磷酸铁锂电池最大充电电流,能有效实施对太阳能电池最大功率追踪(MPPT),同时也能对电池在欠充和满充时实施保护. 实验结果表明,MPPT效率最高可达98.5%,电路功率转换效率最高可达93.5%,最大充电电流3.96 A.

Dynamic charge current adjusting method and its application in high effective solar-lion battery system

Abstract:We propose a dynamic charge current adjusting method and have used it in solar panel-lithium battery charging system. A digital potentiometer controlled dynamically by a low power MCU is used to set the maximum charging current to LiFePO4 from charging circuit. The method ensures effective implementation of the solar maximum power tracking (MPPT) and of the battery protection when low voltage or full charged.The test results show that the MPPT efficiency is up to 98.5%, the power conversion efficiency is up to 93.5%, and the maximum charge current is 3.96 A.
