教师一般育人能力评价指标体系构建

摘    要:根据教师一般能力的特点,从提炼名师育人智慧、解读教师专业标准和回应新时代教师发展的新要求三个方面,遵循案例归纳与理论演绎相结合、育人过程与结果相统一以及认知能力与非认知能力相结合的原则,建构了教师一般育人能力评价指标体系。这个评价指标体系包括教育情怀感染能力、教师人格示范能力、教育过程引导能力3个一级指标,并进一步分解为敬业精神、理想信念等12个二级指标以及121个三级指标。

The Construction of the Evaluation Index System for Teachers’General Educational Ability

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of teachers’general ability,following the principles of combining the case induction with the theoretical deduction,unifying the process and result of educating people,and combining the cognitive ability with the non-cognitive ability,the evaluation index system for teachers’general educational ability is constructed in the three aspects of refining the wisdom of educating people by famous teachers,interpreting the professional standards for teachers and responding to the new requirements of teacher development in the new era.This evaluation index system includes 3 first-level indicators:the ability to move the educated with educational feelings,the ability to demonstrate teachers’personality,and the ability to guide the educational process.It is further divided into 12 second-level indicators,such as professional dedication,ideals and beliefs,and 121 third-level indicators.
