| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的指导意义是极为重大的,它涉及到经济、政治、文化、社会建设等各个领域。要树立和落实科学发展观,首先必须全面准确地理解和把握科学发展观的主旨。基层民主政治建设是发展社会主义民主政治的基础,是贯彻和落实科学发展观的题中应有之义。新时期应该坚持用科学发展观不断推进基层民主政治建设向前发展。
