柚子皮吸附剂对铅离子吸附性能的研究

摘    要:为了了解柚子皮对废水中铅离子的吸附性能,利用柚皮制作金属离子吸附剂.对影响吸附性能的吸附剂粒度、投料比、吸附时间、pH值、流动状态等因素进行吸附试验研究。结果表明:当柚皮吸附剂粒度为60目。投料比为0.2g/100mL溶液,pH=7,吸附时间为6h,流速为0.21mL/s时,吸附重金属铅的能力最强,吸附率达到76.54%,其吸附容量为38.27mg/g。

Abstract:A kind of adsorbent prepared from pomelo peels was used in laboratory to test its capability of absorbing Pb2+ from wastewater and the influence of size of the adsorbent particle, pH of wastewater, duration of exposure, dosage of absorbent as well were investigated. The results showed that the optimal absorption conditions were found to be 7.0 pH in wastewater, 0.21 mL/s, the flow rate of wastewater 0.2 g and 60 mesh of pomelo peel. The adsorbent could remove more than 76.54% of the Pb2+ from the wastewater and the adsorption capacity of Pb2+ is 38.27 mg/g.
