| 摘 要： | 中央要求把关中-天水经济区同时建设成彰显华夏文明的“历史文化基地”,其谋也深,其责重大.为此,必须审时度势,成立“关天历史文化基地建设研究院”,加强研究宣传“周公文化”,在渭南建设“《诗经》文化基地”,西安专题博物馆建设要实施“跨越式战略”.

| Abstract: | The Central Committee of China requires that Shaanxi-Gansu economic development zone should be established as the "Chinese Historical and Cultural Base" which shows the splendid civilization of Chinese history and culture.In accordance with this requirement,an institute of the "Chinese Historical and Cultural Base" in Shaanxi has been established,mainly to study "Zhou-gong culture" while in the south of Gansu a "Cultural Base of ’The Book of Songs’" has been established to study the culture of "The Book of Songs",and in Xi’an a theme museum has been established to carry out the "leap-forward strategy". |
