| 摘 要： | 中国社会主义宪政建设走过了整整50年的曲折发展历程。我国的宪政建设经过中国共产党的领导和全国人民的努力取得了很大的成绩,通过颁布和实施宪法确立了我国的国家制度、社会制度、宪政原则、依法治国方略等七大方面的成就。但由于种种人为和客观的因素,中国的社会主义宪政也付出了很大的代价,出现了忽视宪政文化建设、没有树立宪法至上权威等几方面的不足。这些都给我国今后的宪政建设以有益的启示。

| Abstract: | During the past 50 years,the socialist constitutionalism witnessed tortuous development,but our constitutionalism construction achieved a lot through the Party's leading and people's efforts such as confirming our state structure,social system,socialist constitutional principals,and governing the country under the law through carrying out the constitutionalism and so on.Meanwhile,we lost a lot during the socialist constitutionalism construction such as ignoring construction of the constitutional culture,not establishing its highest powerful authority.Analysis on the achievements and defects of Chinese socialist constitutionalism will give people some useful ideas about its construction. |
