| 摘 要： | 技术创新资产与创新的资源与能力紧密相关．在界定技术创新资产概念的基础上，对其功能进行分类，提出了产品创新除性能、价格之外的第三类指标——美学指标，并就不同功能资产在创新中的应用情况进行分析，提出不同的技术创新资产具有潜在的互补关系．研究结果表明：在技术创新过程中，有必要利用多种类型资产的特定集合作用，在质态、量态、空间和时间上进行组合，实现资源的重新组合和优化配置．

| Abstract: | On the basis of the accurate definition of technological innovation asset(TIA),four functional types have been discussed and a new system of aesthetics has been brought out.The application of TIA has been studied further.Combination theory by means of quality,quantity,space and time has also been put forward to realize the optimum disposition of resource. |
