摘    要:保定市文化底蕴深厚,但是却存在着旅游商品特色缺失、产品定位不明确等问题。在目前保定客源市场主要来自于京津冀的背景下,文化同质性让保定商品的特色更加难以突出。在基于与旅游发达省份对比研究和对京津冀客源市场需求分析的基础上,提出保定旅游纪念品开发的建议,包括对社区居民提供财政和培训支持、增强旅游商品地方特色、增强销售点的经营特色和丰富旅游商品的类别。

Abstract:Baoding has strong historical and culutural atmosphere. However, the souvenirs in Baoding is lack of authenticity and correct targeting strategy. Most of the tourists in Baoding came from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The similar cultural back groud of the tourists makes the souvenirs in Baoding more featureless. This paper analyzed the needs of tourists from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and compared the souvenir developing strategy in Baoding with the provinces ’where tourism industry is deeply developed. Then, this paper proposed countermeasures, including providing fiscal and training support to residents in community, strengthening the authenticity of souvenirs and shops, and increasing the categories of souvenirs.
