| 摘 要： | 我国正由教育大国向教育强国迈进,到2005年,高等教育的毛入学率将达到15％,进入世界公认的高等教育大众化阶段。与此相适应,我国的教育质量观也在发生深刻的变化。本文阐述了新的教育质量观的内涵及在其引导下提高高等教育质量的迫切性和具体措施。
