| 摘 要： | 转型期城市社会生活环境的变化，既给人们的生活带来了便捷与舒适，又使得人们在传统与现代中徘徊，从而导致人格分裂，产生边际人格。为了有效地确立城市规范，必须从心理和法律等方面着手，采取有效措施消除边际人格的负面影响，构建和谐、健康的城市生活。

| Abstract: | With the changes of the living environment of the Urban Society in Transition.it brings the convenience,the shortcut and the comfort into the people's life,in the mean time it also makes the people wander between the tradition and the modern.It also leads to personality split and brings in the boundary personality.In order to establish the urban standard effectively,it is necessary to begin from the mentality and the law,and take measures to eliminate the negative impacts of the boundary personality,so a civilized,harmonious and healthy city life could be built. |
