| 摘 要： | 数字城市实际上是信息化城市,它与数字图书馆有着整体与部分以及借鉴与被借鉴的关系。文章着重探讨了数字城市环境下数字图书馆应从以下几方面发展其特色化：地方文献数字化和建立城市特色数据库;建立对城市政府网站、城市报纸网站、城市电视台、博物馆等的网络导航;为城市居民提供诸如个性化定制服务、数字参考咨询、远程教育等服务项目;数字图书馆界面的特色化。
