| 摘 要： | 本文论述了用脑机制、用脑动机和用脑保健的神经生物学机制，着重对“用进废退”在构建神经联结上的正、负强化作用和前额叶与杏仁核在学习动机形成中的影响力作了探讨，并提出了“勤思防脑衰、用脑要适度、保证脑营养”等健脑策略．

| Abstract: | In this article, the author discusses the neurobiology of mechanism, intention and health care of using brain, especially the function in strengthening the construction of nerve combination by the rule of ＂the more frequently it is used, the more evolved it will be, and less, degenerative.＂ in an active or a passive way; and the influence in forming study intention by amygala and prefrontal lobe. The author also poses strategies of ＂thinking fiequently keeps brain healthy, using brain properly and strengthening nutrition of brain.＂ |
