| 摘 要： | 建立和谐高效的高中体育课堂教学是每一位高中体育教师关心的问题,和谐高效的体育课堂教学应该从以下几个方面实现：第一,师生互相信任和互相尊重,建立良好的师生关系;第二,教师要从自己、学生、教材三个方面做好备课;第三,建立互动的师生关系,调动学生的主观能动性;第四,建立有效的课堂纪律约束力,形成高超、熟练的组织驾驭课堂的技巧。

| Abstract: | To construct a harmonious efficient high school PE class teaching is an issue teachers pay attention to.A harmonious efficient class teaching should be achieved from the following aspects： firstly,the mutual respect of the teacher and students;secondly,the teacher should carefully prepare lessons from the aspects of himself,students and teaching materials;thirdly,an interactive teacher-student relationship should be constructed,so as to arouse students＇ subjective initiative;finally,an effective class discipline should be built. |
