摘    要:思想道德修养与法律基础课是一门思想政治理论课程。改变传统灌输式教学方式,提高该课的实效性,教师必须创新教学方式,引导学生参与教学的全过程,全面地提高学生的思想道德素质和法律素质。道德是对自我行为的约束,是自发自律的行为;法律是从外部对人的行为约束,是外发外律的行为。道德是法律的外延,法律是道德的底线。财经类高校基础课系统地对大学生进行社会主义道德和法制教育,引导和帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,提高思想道德素质,增强社会主义法制观念,解决成长成才过程中遇到的实际问题。受传统灌输式教学方式的影响,尽管财经类院校基础课教师在教学方式方式上进行了一些有益的探索,但是,该门课程在教学方式上还没有从根本上摆脱传统灌输式教学方式,其问题表现在学生被动接受知识,忽视学生的主体作用。

Reflections on Innovation of the Teaching Style of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis"

Abstract:"Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis" course is a ideological and political theory course. The moral is to restrict self behavior, and is spontaneous self-discipline behavior;the law is from the external to human behavior,is outside the law behavior. Morality is the extension of law, the law is the bottom line of morality. Finance and Economics Colleges basic course system of college students socialist moral and legal education,to guide and help students to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, improve the ideological and moral quality,strengthen the socialist legal system idea,solve the growth of the practical problems encountered in the process. The traditional teaching way, in spite of teachers of basic courses in colleges and universities of finance and economics teaching method on some beneficial exploration, however, the courses on teaching methods have yet to be fundamentally out of the traditional teaching mode,the problems in the performance of students passive to accept knowledge,neglecting the students' principal role.
