摘 要: | 高校教师水平是决定教育质量的关键因素,高校教师培训是提升高校教师水平的重要手段。文章对我国高校教师培训的现状进行了分析,并从培训机制、培训模式、培训内容、教师参与培训的自主性等方面总结了高校教师培训存在的问题,进而提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: | The college teachers' level is the core factor on deciding the quality of education.Training the teachers is an important method to improve their level.This article analyses the present situation about teacher-training,and summarizes some problems existing in the teacher-training from the training mechanism,the training models,the training contents and the initiative of teachers' participation.Then it puts forward some countermeasures. |
