| 摘 要： | 什么样的英语老师才是好老师？本文根据《中等职业学校英语教学大纲》,从中职英语教师的角色定位和基本素养探讨了好的标准,认为：教师是英语学习的引导者,学习兴趣的激发者,促进发展的评价者,教学资源的开发者,英语教学的研究者;教师应注重知识素养、能力素养和人格素养的提高。旨在为中职英语教师定位角色和提高素养提供借鉴。
