| 摘 要： | 社会公众地震认知度和防震减灾意识很大程度上决定了在破坏性地震后人员伤亡和财产损失的程度。通过对有感地震发生后的表现,对社会公众地震认知度和防震减灾意识进行了初步研究,结果表明:震后社会公众普遍缺乏避震意识和行为,关注地震三要素,对居住地未来发震心存忧虑,对防震减灾知识认知错误,对地震机构及工作人员评价过低。究其根本,原因在于社会公众防震减灾意识薄弱,相关知识匮乏,对准确预报地震期望值过高,对地震机构工作了解片面。当前社会公众地震认知度和防震减灾意识难以适应大震应急的需要,会导致震灾扩大化,需要在广度和深度方面加强防震减灾知识科普宣传教育工作。

| Abstract: | Public awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of earthquake awareness and largely determines the following the devastating earthquake casualties and property loss. The feeling after the earthquake performance, the public awareness of earthquake awareness and earthquake prevention and disaster reduction were studied, results showed that： after the earthquake, the public generally lack escape consciousness and behavior, pay attention to the three elements of earthquake, the earthquake live future worries, the earthquake disaster mitigation of earthquake knowledge cognitive errors, institutions and personnel the evaluation is too low. The fundamental, because of public awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is weak, lack of knowledge, value is too high for earthquake prediction accuracy desired, one-sided understanding of earthquake mechanism. The current public awareness of earthquake awareness and earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is difficult to adapt to the great earthquake emergency, will cause the expansion of earthquake, earthquake science knowledge need to strengthen publicity and education work in the breadth and depth. |
