摘    要:为科学考核辅导员工作质量,各地各高校都已经制定辅导员工作量化考核细则及实施办法,对从事学生思想政治工作的辅导员进行量化考核.然而,这种工具理性支配下的量化考核制度存在许多问题.量化考核蕴含了工具理性与价值理性二者的分裂,不利于辅导员队伍的稳定与发展.只有价值理性的追求与人文关怀的回归,才能保持工具理性与价值理性的合理张力,在辅导员量化考核与人文关怀之间起到一定的弥合作用,从而促进辅导员的职业化发展.

Abstract:In order to make scientific assessment of counselors' work quality, colleges and universities have univer-sally drafted detailed rules of quantitative evaluation and implementing measures. However, aquantitative evalua-tion system under the control of instrumental rationality poses many problems. It may lead to split between in-strumental rationality and value rationality thus impairing the team's stability and development. Pursuing value rationality and returning to humanistic care can help .maintain the reasonable tension of instrumental rationality and value rationality for a balance between quantitative evaluation and humanistic care and for professional devel-opment of college counselors.
