| 摘 要： | 1999年夏季浙江省天气气候特点的分析表明，当年夏季平均气温明显偏低，部分地区季平均气温破历史同期最低值，日最高气温≥35℃的高温日数明显偏少，是凉夏年份；全省梅汛期长，降水偏多，尤其是浙并杭嘉湖地区降水异常多，造成大范围的洪涝灾害，全省季日照时数明显偏少，持续低温多雨寡照，对夏季农作物的正常生长造成影响。

| Abstract: | The study of climatic characteristics during the summer of 1999 in Zhejiang Province shows that:(1)the mean seasonal temperature is distinctly lower than normal,especially in some regions where historical record lows were broken;(2)the number of days with the maximum temperature of 35℃ was also obviously lower than normal.This indicates that the summer of 1999 was a cold summer.During Meiyu period,precipitation was heavier than normal,causing severe flood disater in Northern Zhejiang Province.The weather,with low temperatures,prolonged rains and little sunshine severely influenced the crop growth. |
