| 摘 要： | 依据对扬州地区5所高校在校大学生问卷调查和深度访谈的所得信息,指出扬州地区大学生网上创业意愿总体较强,但也有一些因素制约了大学生的网上创业,结合其他地区的成功经验,提出了相关的推动策略。主要为：努力营造支持创业的良好创业文化氛围;正确应对电子商务领域的各种风险;帮助大学生理顺创业与学业的关系;引导大学生积极应对网络市场的激烈竞争;积极制定针对性较强的网上创业优惠政策。

| Abstract: | Based on the collected information from questionnaire survey and in-depth interview in five colleges of Yangzhou region,this paper analyzes the current situation of college students＇ online venture in Yangzhou and probes into the constraints.Meanwhile,it presents the promotion strategies combined with the successful experience of other regions. |
