| 摘 要： | 为克服现代化造成的弊端,可持续发展思想应运而生。从历史上看,发展观经历了经典经济增长观、文化经济发展观和可持续发展观三种不同的历史形态。可持续发展的实质是人的发展。它要求在时间上,实现现实与未来的统一;在空间上,实现整体和局部的统一;在文化上,实现理性与价值的统一。

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the disadvantage of modernization, the idea of sustainable development comes into bening .From the view of the history ,it develops from the idea of the classical economy development, the cultural economy development to the sustainable development .The essence of the sustainable development is the development of human beings.It demands the unity of the reality and the future in terms of the time ,the unity of the whole and the part in terms of the space and the unity of the reason and the value in terms of culture. |
