| 摘 要： | 针对高校排球教学与训练现状 ,就排球意识对选修学生和高校运动队队员在学习、训练、比赛中的影响因素加以探讨 ,指出应在技战术教学与训练中 ,有计划地安排战术意识训练 ,并提出了具体的教学与训练方法。这对于学生掌握专项动作技术 ,适应训练和比赛的要求 ,发挥技战术水平 ,培养全面发展的排球选修学生和运动员 ,提高教学与训练质量及学生的专项能力是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | According to the present situation existed in volleyball teaching and training in colleges and universities,the author probes into the influenced factors in study,training and match of the students and players to the volleyball consciousness,and points out that training of the tactic consciousness should be done in a planned way in the skills and tactic teaching and puts forward the concrete method of teaching and training,which it is very important for the students to master the specialized movement skills,to adapt to the needs of training and match,to bring the skills and tactic level into play.And also it is important for the teachers to cultivate the all-round development students and players,to improve the teaching and training. |
