| Abstract: | For recent years, result from surplus staff and the conflict between reposition of redundant personnel and post transformation training, the development of coal industry in China is challenged with many difficulties. The countermeasure suggested by the author is to reinforce post transformation training and cultivate non coal specializing staff, so as to develop the non coal industry with these potential developing force. |
