| 摘 要： | 旅游业与房地产业是第三产业中附加值高、关联性很强的产业，二者融合发展，成为旅游和房地产业界关注的新热点，也是搞好城市经营的重要切人点和举措．本文首先分析厦门旅游房地产开发类型、布局模式及其存在问题，并在此基础上从营销手段、绿色开发、管理法制化和主题化设计等方面提出厦门旅游房地产的发展对策．

| Abstract: | Tourism and real estate industry is industry with high value and strong driving effectiveness correlation in the Third Industry. The amalgamation development of these two aspects has become a new focus in tourism and real estate industry, which is also the important starting point and tactics in the development of urban management. This paper firstly analyzes the tourism and real estate developmental types in Xiamen, as well as its layout pattern and existing problems; and then based on this analysis, putting forward some relative countermeasures of the future development of tourism and real estate industry in Xiamen, such as marketing method, green development, management legalization and subject design and so forth. |
