摘    要:幼儿园教师专业化成长不仅是幼儿园生存与发展的需要,也是幼儿园实现可持续发展的关键所在。要通过强化幼儿教师的专业精神,更新其教育观念激励教师的成长意愿;要立足园本,建立多种合作教研模式,拓宽教师成长的新空间。

Abstract:The professional development of kindergarteners is not only the necessity of kindergarten's existence and development,but also the key of its sustainable development.It is necessary for directors to stimulate kindergarteners' awareness of professional development through promoting their professional consciousness,to establish different cooperative modes for teaching and researching,and to widen their space of development.
